Michael Kors was born and raised on Long Island, near New York, he begins at 19 his professional career designing a collection for the boutique for which he worked as a salesperson. The success oresso printing is enough to drive him to embark on his own and in 1981 he debuted the brand Michael Kors with a collection based on a luxury sportswear perfectly structured. Since the launch, his namesake brand, has been distinguished by the materials and processes that have conquered the jet-set combining a sporting attitude to the elegance of fashion.
