Groppetti

Customer who wants to make a return must send an email to eshop@groppetti.eu within 5 days since the receipt of merchandise. In the message should be reported: Order ID, codes of items being returned, reason of return (eg. change size, change item, credit, refund etc.). Upon receipt of this request, Groppetti Luxurystore will send a confirmation to customer by email.

Return shipping fees are borne to the customer and will not be refunded.

Groppetti Luxurystore will not accept any return without prior authorization request to be addressed to eshop@groppetti.eu. Return requests forwarded more than 14 days since the receipt of merchandise will not be accepted as well.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days since the receipt of the returned. In the event refund should be processed by Bank Transfer, customer must provide valid banking coordinates.

Groppetti SNC has no control over the refund process to be completed on customer's account or credit card: therefore the time to have the refunded amount available on credi cards or account may vary.

Returns conditions

If any security wire on the returned dresses, this should not be tampered in any way. Dresses should not be worn (except for what is necessary to test them) nor washed nor tampered and must not show any sign of usage. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of usage of any kind. Returned items must be accompanied by the original order receipt received upon purchase.

Each returned item must include it's original labels, packaging and any original accessories delivered upon purchase. (eg dust bags, hangers, clothes covers etc.)

All footwear and accessories must be rendered with their original box , which is considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and that must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered , nor used as a single outer packaging.

In the event customer should receive defective goods or in case Groppetti Luxurystore has made some mistake you, the customer, are requested to follow the same instructions described in this section.
Groppetti Luxurystore reserves the right to ask for photographic evidences before allowing a return due to defective goods: in this case all return expenses are borne to Groppetti SNC.

Swimwear and underwear clothes must be tested on over your personal underwear. In the event the transparent label of hygienic protection should appear tampered or removed, the return will not be accepted and the package will be sent back to the sender.

Groppetti Luxurystore will not accept any kind of return which may not be compliant to the terms and conditions here exposed. In all those cases the package will be sent back to the sender at the original shipping address.
